Hey, I’m Matt Wilson. 👋.

I’m a UK-based product leader by day, part-time baker by night, and a full-time work-in-progress.

Product Growth is my corner of the internet to explore, untangle, and share ideas about product management, growth, and user-centred design. It’s where I try to make sense of what I’m learning—so expect a mix of half-baked thoughts, practical takes, and the occasional spicy opinion.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to Rosa, partner to Steph, and a long-suffering Man United fan. I also dabble in DIY—badly.
